Every child deserves the chance to learn and grow.
Through our partnership with Iliria, a K–9 school in Tirana, Epos helps strengthen access to quality education in a nurturing environment.
Support can help meet practical needs such as student scholarships, classroom materials, school improvements, and the resources educators need to serve children well.
We also seek to extend educational opportunity to children and families facing financial and social barriers, including Roma communities.
Support Education
Equipping leaders who will serve generations.
Epos partners with the International School of Theology and Leadership (ISTL) in Tirana to support theological education, leadership training, and the preparation of people serving churches and communities.
Scholarships and educational resources help students pursue training and carry their learning into meaningful service. The wider ISTL alumni community has contributed to planting more than 150 churches across the Balkans.

Faith formation, mentorship, and healthy local churches have long been central to our international partnerships.
We support local leaders and ministries as they teach, serve, care for their neighbors, and create places of belonging. This work is rooted in long-term relationships and a commitment to helping local leadership flourish.

Our humanitarian focus includes children, families, widows, single mothers, and people facing vulnerable circumstances. We seek to connect trusted local initiatives with the resources they need to respond to real challenges.

Epos has invested in international leadership development and mentoring for more than two decades. In Albania, we collaborate with educators, ministry teams, and organizational leaders who understand the needs and strengths of their own communities.
Our broader work also creates opportunities for participants in Mirador and Attraversa to grow in global perspective and discover how purposeful engagement can translate into lasting service.
